Ensuring the Best Experience
At KOA Beauty Lounge, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our beautiful new salon.

CANCELLATIONS
We respectfully request at least 2 4 H O U R S notice to cancel or change an appointment. Any cancelations made under 12 Hours will result in a 50% late cancellation or a 80% no-show charge.
CHILDREN
We politely ask that clients do not bring children under the age of 14 into the salon. This is to keep noise levels to a minimum and avoid the disturbance of other clients experience.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Vouchers can be bought in-store, over the phone, through our booking agent Fresha or via email. They can be of any value and are a great way to treat a loved one.

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months.
PARKING
Your relaxing experience starts as soon as you arrive, with free and easy parking just outside our premises.

We kindly ask that you do not park in other businesses spaces.
Please only park directly outside the salon in the 4 spaces provided, or on the road beside the salon.
PATCH TESTING
A Patch Test is required 24Â hours before your Eyebrow/Eyelash Tint, Lash Lift or Spray Tanning. You do not have to book an appointment for a patch test.
