Nicole is the proud owner and founder of KOA Beauty Lounge. A qualified Beauty Therapist with over 11 years’ experience, she is passionate about all aspects of beauty and loves discovering new and innovative treatments. Her favourite treatment is Laser Hair Removal, thanks to its incredible, life-changing results. Nicole’s vision for KOA is to create a relaxing space where clients can enjoy professional beauty treatments in a warm and friendly environment.

Jess is an experienced holistic and beauty therapist with a passion for creating deeply relaxing, personalised treatments. Having worked in some of the UK’s leading spas, she brings a wealth of knowledge and refined expertise to every experience. Now back in her roots in Devon, Jess is excited to offer her signature blend of skill, care, and calming ambience, where she can intuitively tailor each session to your needs—ensuring you leave feeling truly relaxed, restored, and rejuvenated.

Hazel brings over seven years of salon experience to Koa Beauty Lounge, with a passion for delivering high-quality, detail-focused treatments. She has refined her skills across all areas of beauty, with a specialism in brows and intimate waxing. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and calm, gentle nature, Hazel creates a comfortable and reassuring experience for every client. She takes pride in offering a service that is both highly professional and genuinely personal, ensuring you feel at ease from the moment you arrive.

Nail Technician
Jess, also known as “Lil Jess,” began her journey with us as a work experience nail technician while studying at college. Since qualifying, she has developed and refined her skills to become one of our go-to nail specialists.From beautifully natural nails to bold, colourful extensions, Jess loves bringing each client’s vision to life with creativity and precision. With her bubbly, fun personality and plenty of stories to share, she creates a relaxed and enjoyable experience you’ll look forward to every time.
EMILY FAITH
Nail Technician
Emily is a qualified nail technician with a true passion for all things nails. Her exceptional attention to detail sets her apart, ensuring every set is finished to the highest standard. Originally from London, Emily brings a warm, friendly energy to the salon and is always up for a chat—often with a great story to share. She creates a relaxed, welcoming experience while delivering beautiful, precise results every time.
ABI DANCER
Beauty Therapist
Abi may be a familiar face, as she previously joined us for work experience last year. She is now Level 2 qualified and officially offering treatments. Abi is currently continuing her training at college as she works towards completing her Level 3 qualification, and she is already showing great talent and a natural flair for the industry.
Abi particularly enjoys performing lash lifts and brow treatments, where her attention to detail really shines. She is also looking forward to qualifying in massage therapy soon, so she can expand her range of treatments even further.
PRISCILLA
Salon 'Apprentice'
Hi, I’m Priscilla, KOA’s official (and very important) apprentice I pop in with my mummy Nicole on selected days to “help out” — mostly by supervising treatments, offering the occasional back scratch, and trimming down your long toe nails! I've not quite learnt about personal space, so if you’d prefer me to relax in my bed, just let one of the team know. Otherwise, I’m always happy to provide cuddles, kisses… and I’ll never say no to a treat!
