KOA Beauty Lounge began its transformation in January 2021, evolving from one disused room into a modern, serene sanctuary. Today, KOA features three bespoke treatment rooms, a dedicated tanning room, and a spacious reception area complete with two nail desks.

Inspired by the Acacia koa tree—found only in Hawaii and symbolising bravery and strength—KOA embraces its namesake with a space designed to feel bold, calm, and grounded. Lush tropical plants shape the lounge’s earthy, relaxed atmosphere, creating a natural escape from the everyday.
